More often than not, SPAM and fraudulent clicks try to ruin your PPC game.
And if you have been doing Google PPC for so long and at such a large capacity as us, you almost get a knack for spotting these spammy leads and finding a way around them.
When Google launched Performance Max (PMax) campaigns, we dug into every nook and cranny of it. Soon enough, we started rolling it out to our client accounts. Some of our clients, like chiropractors, dentists, auto repair, etc., especially the ones that require store visitation, saw phenomenal success and boost in their lead volume and store walk-ins.
Performance Max has been incredible at getting leads for local businesses at some of the lowest CPCs and CPAs we have ever seen.
However, this Google-ling is still in its infancy and throws a tantrum once in a while.
PMax campaigns have relatively high SPAM compared to all other campaign types. This beta campaign type is constantly being updated by Google, and it might get better sooner, but what do we do till then?
