Pause Or Cancel Your Client

You have the option to either pause or cancel management of your clients campaigns. Please see below for our definitions of each with associated fees.

Pausing A Client’s Management

A monthly fee of $30 will be billed monthly in lieu of a management fee. This covers the fee to keep your vendor account archived such as the reporting dashboard, landing pages, call tracking, etc. The client can be reactivated by paying $150 Reactivation Fee

Cancelling A Client’s Management

Once the account is cancelled, InvisiblePPC does not keep any archive of the assets eg: Landing pages, Tracking Verification, reporting dashboard etc. Once cancelled, on order to re-activate the account, full set-up fee will have to be paid

Pause Details

By submitting this form you acknowledge the following will occur upon pause:

- The IPPC reporting dashboard, all tracking numbers, landing pages, etc. will be inactive.
- Your monthly management fee will be replaced with a $30 pause fee to cover the costs for keeping the archive of the assets mentioned above. There will be additional fees of $150 to re-activate a paused client if the reactivation is done after 90 days of the Pause.
- Campaigns will be left in the state requested above.

Cancellation Details

By submitting this form you acknowledge the following will occur upon cancellation:

- Campaigns will be left in the state requested above.

- All IPPC tracking numbers will be released. Calls will no longer be tracked, recorded or forwarded to the client. It is the responsibility of you or the client to update the call extensions (as well as the client's GMB AdWords number, if applicable) to reflect your client's business number and set up desired tracking settings in AdWords.

- All IPPC landing pages will be disabled.

- The client account will be removed from all reporting dashboards on the effective date of cancellation. If you need to run any final reports for your client, you should do so BEFORE the effective date of cancellation.
