When the agency first approached us for their law firm client, they had already tried running Google Ads through another white-label agency. However, they were frustrated as high CPCs, irrelevant clicks, and poor lead quality had drained their budget without producing meaningful client inquiries.
Understanding the client’s skepticism, we knew we had to deliver measurable results fast. We started by cleaning up their account—removing wasteful keywords, tightening geo-targeting to high-intent users in Lakeland, and applying negative keywords to eliminate unqualified traffic.
Since estate planning and probate clients typically have urgent legal needs, we focused on high-converting search terms, ensuring ads were only shown to users actively seeking legal help. We also implemented device-based bid adjustments, prioritizing desktop users who were more likely to engage in detailed consultations.
In just 60 days, our targeted strategy delivered 3,325 impressions, 260 clicks, a 7.82% CTR, and 60 conversions, all while maintaining an average CPA of $109.94.
