When we first took on this campaign, we faced a few roadblocks. The client had previously run ads but struggled with high CPCs, limited lead volume, and inefficient keyword targeting. Additionally, their budget allocation lacked structure, leading to an imbalance in spending across different animal removal services.
To achieve the client’s CPA goal of $50-$100, we developed structured Google Ads campaigns specifically targeting the removal of raccoons, squirrels, bats, birds, and snakes. Each category had its own ad groups, keywords, and bidding strategies to ensure maximum efficiency.
We focused on high-intent keywords, ensuring that ads reached users actively searching for pest removal services in Charlotte, NC. By refining our targeting and ad copies, we improved engagement and click-through rates, achieving a CTR of 5.37% and a CPC of $9.73.
Through continuous monitoring, we identified and optimized high-performing segments, reducing wasted spend and increasing conversion efficiency. The structured campaign approach resulted in 310 conversions at a CPA of $55.23—well within the client’s goal.
As the campaign progressed, we implemented Omni-Retargetting to capture lost clicks.
