In this campaign, our primary objective was to drive new customers actively seeking pest control services in Northern Atlanta. Early in the campaign, our team observed that desktop traffic was underperforming while mobile users showed impressive engagement.
With over 40% of mobile clicks converting into phone calls, we shifted our strategy to focus solely on mobile call-only campaigns. We applied significant mobile bid adjustments and enabled call extensions, ensuring that when potential customers tapped our ad, they could instantly connect with a local pest control expert.
Our approach involved rigorous audience segmentation, geo-targeting, and continuous performance monitoring. Regular A/B testing allowed us to fine-tune the ads and maximize conversion rates.
Over 180 days, our strategy delivered 23,578 impressions, 1,095 clicks, and an impressive 32.97% conversion rate, with 361 phone call conversions at an average CPA of $43.53.
