All of your reports and meetings should start and end with the same points: how you’re impacting the bottom line. They don’t care about email clicks, impression share, or landing pages – they care about revenue and your ability to impact it! Start and end your meetings talking in business terms…not marketing jargon.

Don’t worry I’m not blowing through intersections – I’m talking about a dead-end “Thank You” page after someone signs up or purchases. There’s no better time to convince a buyer to make that next step than on the Thank You page.
Did they sign up for a resource? Offer them a webinar or a low ticket sale (business model depending)
Did they make a purchase? Prompt an upsell or cross-sell!
You worked hard for that first conversion – get the most out of it.
