Issue #134: Do your Ads have a backup payment method?

Your Google Ads are humming along, and…
Suddenly, they’re not.
What happened? The Google Ads account payment method failed.
When this happens, things can go from bad to worse:
  1. Your ads stop running.
  2. Your ads may go into learning mode when you restart, resulting in poorer performance.
  3. If payment failure happens too often, Google will suspend your account and getting your account reinstated can be tedious.
Thankfully, preventing this is simple:
Just add a secondary payment method to your Google Ads account.
If you are an agency managing a client’s Google Ads account, insist on your client adding a secondary payment method before you start their ads. You don’t want your hard work to go to waste and also have to deal with the additional hassle of payment failure!
