💰 Biz Tip: Why Annual Pricing is a Game-Changer for Agencies
Are you still quoting clients on a month-to-month basis? It’s time to rethink your pricing strategy.
Offering annual price points can bring a ton of benefits to your agency, such as increased revenue stability and improved client commitment.
Here’s why:
  1. Predictable cash flow: Annual pricing provides you with a more predictable and stable cash flow, allowing you to make better financial decisions and invest in growth opportunities. Say goodbye to feast or famine finances at your agency!
  2. Reduced churn: How long does your average client stick with you? 6 months? 8 months? By getting a client to commit to 12, you’re going to dramatically reduce your churn almost immediately.
  3. Upsell opportunities: Annual clients are more likely to invest in additional services since they’re already committed to a long-term relationship with your agency. Use this to your advantage to upsell and cross-sell!
    *WARNING* Be careful, don’t make them feel like you’re doing a bait & switch and that when they signed the annual deal they actually bought a car without a steering wheel.
  4. Discounts and incentives: Offering discounts for annual plans can be a win-win situation. By getting the client to commit to 12 months, even at a discount, you increase your average customer value and they get a better deal.
You might be saying, “All those benefits are great Avi, but it’s hard enough to get someone to sign on for their first month’s fee let alone trying to get them to pay for a year upfront!”
Well the quick answer to that is this:
Don’t make them pay up front!
Get them into an annual agreement and – now here’s the key – allow them to make monthly payments.
