If you’re fed up with getting spammy or irrelevant leads from your ads, here’s a tip: Train the Algorithm to Deliver High-Quality Leads! You do this by giving solid feedback—and we mean really good feedback.
For Google Ads, the trick is setting up offline conversions. When a lead comes in, you check it out, decide if it’s a good fit, and only return the good ones to Google as conversions. This helps the AI understand what a quality lead looks like, letting it improve your campaigns for the results you actually want.
On Facebook, you can do something similar with their Conversion API. It lets you send feedback directly to Facebook about which leads are worth your time. As you keep doing this, you’ll cut out the junk leads and ensure your ad spending focuses on the ones that really matter. (Important: do not use Meta Offline Conversion API it is not used in ad optimization and will be deprecated in May 2025)
In a nutshell? These techniques not only save you money but also help you find better leads—think qualified buyers instead of random inquiries.
