The end client was the only one answering the calls himself at the clinic, leading to many missed calls. The agency struggled with managing the client’s expectations and often needed help. This made initial optimizations difficult as much of the data required for optimizations is based on understanding the lead quality. Eventually, the client signed up with an answering service, which later streamlined the process.

Our Approach

Once the call data started coming in, we focused on refining keyword targeting and minimizing wasteful spending. A structured negative keyword strategy was implemented to filter out irrelevant searches, preventing unqualified clicks and improving lead quality.
We continuously optimized bids and ad placements, ensuring the most relevant searches received priority. By analyzing search term reports, we identified low-intent queries and excluded them, allowing more of the budget to be directed toward high-converting search terms.
Our approach also included regular performance tracking, ad copy refinements, and strategic budget allocation across Salt Lake and Davis counties. These optimizations resulted in an outstanding 12.45% conversion rate and a CPA of just $10.45—far below the client’s original $70 goal.

As of now…

The client stopped the service due to the inability to meet the demand. Now, they launch the campaigns once in a while when the organic demand needs a boost.
